This hotel is in a fantastic location! It's within walking distance to the old town, great restaurants, and the shopping district. The best part is that it's quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. The contactless check-in using the app is a great feature. The hotel is well equipped with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and good-sized pillows and sheets. The welcome basket with snacks, milk, and a bear-shaped cake was a delightful surprise for my kids.

I always stay at this place in Valencia. The staff is great and they even helped me return my forgotten headphones. It has what I need like Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, Paid airport shuttle, and 24-hour reception. I'm coming back for holiday.

We had a great stay at Moontels Paseo De Ruzafa. The location was superb, right in the heart of Valencia and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved the convenience of the lift with direct access to the flat and the rooftop terrace was a fantastic place to relax. The electronic key system made check-in and check-out seamless and contactless.

One minor drawback was the street noise in the mornings, but it wasn't too bothersome. Additionally, using the phone app to unlock the door was a bit cumbersome, especially when the session expired and we had to log in again.

The location was central, and I loved how the apartment had sliding doors that allowed me to take in the street sights and sounds. It was also very clean and had comfortable bedding and towels. the apartment was spacious and modern, and I appreciated the convenience of having a cot and high chair provided for my baby. the lift access directly into the apartment was a bonus. the check-in process was seamless, and the team was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout my stay. it was a lovely, well-equipped, and comfortable place to stay.
